What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching, at its core, is about helping people to find more balance and fulfillment in their lives, and allowing them to get more of what they want, and less of what they don’t by” peeling back the layers” to find out who they really are and what they really want from their lives.
Having a life coach is an emotional journey, staying focused on positive change: stating this is where I am now, this is where I liked to be, and too help you sort out the “What do I want next”? Essentially, life coaching helps you to think differently and learn for yourself what is best for you. I am here to help you develop brighter thinking and passion filled action, which may be challenging at times.
Life coaching is one-on-one mentoring, a non-judgmental partnership reminding you of your strengths, helping you see a clear vision of yourself, giving you valuable feedback on your thoughts, action, behavior to support and assisting you in moving forward in achieving your life goals.
Coaching is action-oriented and future-focused; through coaching you will recognize what barriers stand between you and what you want for your life. Working with a coach requires effort on your part to make small changes that generate rewarding insights as you develop your self-awareness, change any limiting beliefs; creating productive behaviors, explore new options, seek new resources, and understand that you have choices.
What is the Cost?
There are three levels of coaching packages from which you can choose where cost varies depending on the frequency of the sessions. You and I can customize these packages to best fit your needs. Once the fees are established, payments are expected the first of each month.
